Job Summary
This position partners with HR leadership and customers to analyze work process design and data flow, improve efficiencies and processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position also serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Systems. The analyst assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. Supports HR staff with workflow and process improvements.
This is not a remote position. On site hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 430pm
Minimum Requirements
An Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or related field is required. A minimum of two to three years of experience with application support/database management and report writing in a variety of programs is preferred. Healthcare IT or Human Resources experience is preferred. Expert knowledge of database management concepts, MS Excel is required. Experience with HRIS system (Oracle) is preferred. SQL writing experience is preferred. A strong ability to manage multiple priorities within short timeframes and excellent analytical skills are required. A strong ability to troubleshoot issues and determine the proper course of corrective action is required.
